Amalya Yeghoyan is the chief executive director of Business Development Advisors, which was founded by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation in 2007 and aims to motivate high-tech businesses to look at Armenia as a desirable destination for starting a business. Serving as a receptionist in the Gyumri Information Technologies Center EIF, (Gyumri, Armenia) in the early stage of her career, Amalya later became the executive director of GITC, where she was responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization, as well as fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. In 2018, she was the deputy minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Armenia. Currently, she is also managing the projects of regional technological developments in EIF.
