Ms. Avetisyan holds a Ph.D. degree in Economics, has strong experience in project management, grants coordination, data analytics, higher education, including HEIs’ institutional and programme licensing, accreditation, international mobility, and quality assurance. She has participated in and coordinated about 30 international projects in the fields of science and technology, innovations, higher education, cooperation between employers and universities, quality assurance, migration, LLO, HR management, etc., funded by the UN, European Commission, British Council, BMBF, GIZ, World Bank, State Committee of Science of the Republic of Armenia, etc.
