Mary Boghosian earned her PhD in physics from the University of London (UK), and MBA in innovation management and entrepreneurship from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York (US). She spent 16 years at NASA/USA, where she worked on advanced technologies development and application in space missions; advanced mission planning, development, and implementation; space technologies planning, assessment, and management; systems assessment and risk management; advanced mission proposals planning and management. Simultaneously, she taught at seven universities in three countries (US, United Kingdom, and Iraq) and founded Mary & Associates as a consulting firm in the US, before permanently moving to Armenia (January 2015), where she is currently residing and working as an adjunct professor of Innovation and entrepreneurship at the American University of Armenia (AUA) and adjunct faculty of Creativity and innovation at Yerevan State University (YSU). Together with her academic duties, in 2018, Mary has established her own business consultancy - the Center for Innovation Promotion and Research (CIPR) - providing educational workshops, training, and research in creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
