Avetik Chalabyan is a Managing Trustee at ARAR Foundation, a prominent non-profit foundation in Armenia, and serves as a Trustee of Repat Armenia Foundation. He served global clients during his 19-year tenure at McKinsey & Company, seven of which he spent as a Senior Partner of the Firm. During a five-year period, he led McKinsey's global Metals practice. Following his retirement from the Firm, he assumed roles on the Supervisory Board of Metinvest, the largest Metals & Mining group in Eastern Europe, and established Arar Technology, a venture capital fund dedicated to investing in high-tech startups. Throughout the years, he actively engaged in non-profit leadership, serving on the boards of multiple institutions with a primary focus on social development, education, and security.
