Dr. Armine Asatryan is a postdoctoral researcher and bioinformatician affiliated with the Armenian Bioinformatics Institute and the Institute of Molecular Biology in Yerevan. Her expertise encompasses bioinformatics and programming, with a focus on vine physiology, viticulture techniques, molecular biology, and plant genetics. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Yerevan State University before pursuing further studies at Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel, where she obtained a second Master’s degree and a doctoral degree. She has conducted postdoctoral research in Israel (BGU) and the Czech Republic (CAS), expanding her knowledge across algal and plant physiology, epigenetics, bioinformatics, molecular biology, proteomics, in-vitro culture methods, and biochemistry.
