Varazdat Avetisyan is a co-founder of Luseen Mobile and a member of the SASTIC AI working group. He lectures on AI at the University of France in Armenia, the National Polytechnical University of Armenia, and Gavar State University. In addition, he conducts project-based courses and mentorships at training centers and other non-formal educational projects such as Picsart Academy, Microsoft Academy, and Mtqi Zark.

With over a decade of experience in developing and managing educational programs for universities and the IT industry, Varazdat is a seasoned professional. He earned his PhD in 2016 from the Institute of Informatics and Automation Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. Varazdat's academic background includes Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Gavar State University, followed by his PhD at the Institute of Informatics and Automation Institute.
