Raffi Festekjian serves as the Executive Chairman and Managing Partner of Empyrean Solutions and Nuarca LLC, where he oversees the strategic direction of these rapidly growing fintech companies while also exploring acquisition and investment opportunities. Prior, Raffi co-founded PCi, a company specializing in compliance solutions for fair lending, the Community Reinvestment Act, the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and predatory lending regulations. Under his leadership, PCi became one of the largest providers of compliance solutions to the financial services industry.

Raffi has been a passionate supporter of FAST since 2022, and his invaluable contributions have been instrumental to our progress. His deep commitment to his Armenian heritage is evident in both his professional and personal endeavors. He is actively involved with several non-profit organizations dedicated to Armenia’s future, including YerazArt, which he co-founded in 2004 to support young Armenian artists. Born in Beirut, Raffi is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Lebanon. He completed his undergraduate education at the American University of Beirut and earned his MBA with distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
